Shipping policy

It's our goal to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where's your Endz.

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. 

Normal processing time is 3-5 days. Please read shipping policy carefully. Our Endz is not responsible for orders mishandled, misplaced or lost by UPS, USPS or FedEx. 

All pre-order items will be processed within 21 - 31 business days or the estimated shipping date given at checkout. 

If you are using PayPal, please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to checking out.

Once your order has been shipped and arrived at UPS/USPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.
